如何寫勸說性建議信

【審題要素】

      寫作時應注意下面幾點：

1. 確定文體：這是一篇應用文，是學生熟悉的書信，寫作中應注意書信的常規格式。

2. 主體時態：文章應以一般現在時為主。

3. 主體人稱：由于是給別人提出建議，所以人稱應該以第二人稱為主。

4. 內容要點：①問題介紹；②建議一；③建議二；④建議三；⑤我的愿望。

5. 注意恰當使用連接詞，使各個要點之間邏輯連貫，行文通順。

【思路引導】

           首先，回應來信中提出的問題，并分析原因。

      其次，針對該問題，提出2-3條合理的建議并說明理由。

      最后，寫一兩句結束語，如：希望我的建議對你有幫助等等。

【語言積累】

       1. Introduction:

       I’m sorry (that) you are having trouble / difficulty / problems in making friends.

       I know you are now having trouble communicating with others, and you may often feel lonely.

       I’m glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on ...

【思路引導】

      第一步：先設計“Why should we learn English?”的海報。海報的寫作方式如下：

      1. Why should we learn English? 作標題，位于海報的正中間。

      2. 接下來列出學英語的理由（可與同學討論，多列幾條）。

      3. 最后寫結論。

      第二步：根據海報內容所寫的短文屬于議論文。此類文章謀篇布局時應注意以下幾個步驟：

      1. 開門見山提出問題或看法。

      2. 列出至少三條合理的理由或原因（根據海報所給要點來寫）。

      3. 作出總結，呼應首段（也可提出個人觀點及理由）。

     【海報寫作的注意事項】

      1. 英文海報主題應該明確、一目了然。它的內容簡明扼要，形式新穎美觀。海報要求用最少的文字包含最多的信息，因此海報多用省略句、縮略語、短語等等。

      2. 為進一步增強海報的醒目性，一些重要信息常常分行來寫，并且在其前面用粗點、星號等特殊符號加以強調，有時還配有圖片以增加吸引力。

【議論文寫作常用表達】

       As a student, I am strongly in favor of the decision. （表明自己的觀點）

       The reasons for this may be listed as follows. （過渡句，承上啟下）

       First of all, ... Secondly, ... Besides, ... （列出2-3個贊成或反對的理由）

       In conclusion, I believe that ... （結論）
