如何寫勸說性建議信

【審題要素】

      寫作時(shí)應(yīng)注意下面幾點(diǎn)：

1. 確定文體：這是一篇應(yīng)用文，是學(xué)生熟悉的書信，寫作中應(yīng)注意書信的常規(guī)格式。

2. 主體時(shí)態(tài)：文章應(yīng)以一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)為主。

3. 主體人稱：由于是給別人提出建議，所以人稱應(yīng)該以第二人稱為主。

4. 內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)：①問題介紹；②建議一；③建議二；④建議三；⑤我的愿望。

5. 注意恰當(dāng)使用連接詞，使各個(gè)要點(diǎn)之間邏輯連貫，行文通順。

【思路引導(dǎo)】

           首先，回應(yīng)來信中提出的問題，并分析原因。

      其次，針對(duì)該問題，提出2-3條合理的建議并說明理由。

      最后，寫一兩句結(jié)束語，如：希望我的建議對(duì)你有幫助等等。

【語言積累】

       1. Introduction:

      根據(jù)海報(bào)所寫的短文要求針對(duì)某個(gè)現(xiàn)象（或問題）發(fā)表自己的觀點(diǎn)并陳述理由。從文體上看，屬于議論文范疇。提筆前需考慮哪個(gè)觀點(diǎn)或理由有更多的內(nèi)容可寫。此外，此類文章常常談?wù)摰氖?b>現(xiàn)在的情況，所以時(shí)態(tài)應(yīng)用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。行文類似于英語演講稿的形式，所以主體人稱應(yīng)為第一人稱。

【思路引導(dǎo)】

      第一步：先設(shè)計(jì)“Why should we learn English?”的海報(bào)。海報(bào)的寫作方式如下：

      1. Why should we learn English? 作標(biāo)題，位于海報(bào)的正中間。

      2. 接下來列出學(xué)英語的理由（可與同學(xué)討論，多列幾條）。

      3. 最后寫結(jié)論。

      第二步：根據(jù)海報(bào)內(nèi)容所寫的短文屬于議論文。此類文章謀篇布局時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下幾個(gè)步驟：

      1. 開門見山提出問題或看法。

     【海報(bào)寫作的注意事項(xiàng)】

      1. 英文海報(bào)主題應(yīng)該明確、一目了然。它的內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)明扼要，形式新穎美觀。海報(bào)要求用最少的文字包含最多的信息，因此海報(bào)多用省略句、縮略語、短語等等。

      2. 為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)海報(bào)的醒目性，一些重要信息常常分行來寫，并且在其前面用粗點(diǎn)、星號(hào)等特殊符號(hào)加以強(qiáng)調(diào)，有時(shí)還配有圖片以增加吸引力。

【議論文寫作常用表達(dá)】
